Although its design is for compression, some clients may prefer to use it for short periods of time. We recommend new users to apply Gel-V prior to V-Belt, then exercise with our waist trimmer for 15 minutes. This could facilitate you getting used to wearing it the first few days. After that the ideal time would be exercising for 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. If you find that you can keep it on for longer, we recommend its use with Gel-V even throughout the day.

V-Belts series are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our V-Belts, V-Vests, V-Bodys, and V-Belt 2.0’s. We will allow a one-time size exchange within 7 days if unused and in packaging. No Refunds. Please refer to the sizing chart and read carefully the instructions (which is located within each product page) when placing your order to ensure you receive the correct size.
